Richard Ammendola

Director of Innovation Engineering, Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co.

Rich Ammendola is the Senior Principle for Sustainability and Long Term Productivity for the Wrigley Company which is a division of Masterfoods.  He leads this effort for the Innovation Organization focusing on the carbon footprinting, life cycle analysis and productivity for the raw materials, finished products and processing.

His former companies include Kraft Foods, Nabisco Brands, PepsiCo and Colgate Palmolive.  At those organizations Rich has held various engineering, pilot manufacturing and operations positions supporting the major brands such as Nabisco Cookies and Crackers, Milk BoneDog Biscuits, A1, Gray Poupon, Planters Nuts, LifeSavers Confections, Pepsi Cola, Fab Powdered Detergent, Palmolive Soaps and personal care products.  Rich has also worked internationally for Kraft Baking based in Munich Germany leading projects in Cairo Egypt, Damman Saudi Arabia and Johannesburg South Africa.
