As General Manager, Tom Vipond oversees all PFI locations and operations, leading teams in the design, manufacture, and support of food-grade conveying and handling equipment for some of the world’s largest food brands.  He has more than two decades of experience in the food industry, much of it with PFI, formerly known as KOFAB and Meyer Machines, which was acquired by the Grote Company Family of Brands in 2021.

Brandon White has built a 22+ year career with MULTIVAC USA, where he currently serves as Vice President of Sales. Based in Kansas City, Brandon leads national sales strategy and growth initiatives, drawing on deep experience across food, medical, consumer, and pharmaceutical packaging sectors.

Since joining MULTIVAC in 2003 as a Sales Administrator, he has advanced through multiple leadership roles—including Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales for Medical/Consumer/Pharma, and National Sales Director—before assuming his current executive role in 2021. His tenure reflects a proven track record of building high-performing teams, strengthening customer partnerships, and driving innovation in packaging solutions.

In addition to his leadership at MULTIVAC, Brandon serves as Chair of the FPSA Meat Industry Suppliers Alliance (MISA), where he helps guide industry collaboration, education, and philanthropic efforts to support the next generation of food industry leaders.
