Mission Statement

The Prepared Foods Council mission is to cultivate growth of business, technology, education, and food safety globally for Prepared Foods suppliers, producers, technical experts and consumers.
We carry out this mission by:

  1. Broadly supporting the principal goals of FPSA
  2. Developing networking opportunities among buyers, suppliers and technical experts
  3. Creating opportunities for learning within our membership and industry

Meeting Schedule

The Bakery Council meets on the third Wednesday of each quarter at 2:00 PM Eastern.
2025 quarterly meetings will be supplemented with additional calls as needed.
Meeting invitations and links are sent directly to Council members.
