Cancellation & Substitution Policy
We understand that plans change. Please review the following policy before completing your registration.

Cancellations received on or before October 2, 2026 are eligible for a full refund, less a $75 administrative processing fee. To request a cancellation, email info@fpsa.org with your name and organization.

Cancellations received between October 3 and October 23, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after October 23, 2026; however, substitutions are welcome at any time (see below).

No-shows are non-refundable.

Substitutions are accepted at no charge through the start of the event. To transfer your registration to a colleague, email info@fpsa.org with the original registrant's information and the substituting attendee's full name, title, organization, and email address. Please note that substitutions between member and non-member registrations may result in a rate adjustment.

Bringing your team to Cultivate? When two colleagues from the same company register and pay online, a third colleague from that same company can attend at no cost.

Here's how it works: the first two attendees must complete their registration and payment through our online registration link. Once those two spots are confirmed, the third attendee's registration is handled through a short paper form rather than the online system. Simply download the form, fill it out, and email it to info@fpsa.org. Our team will confirm the complimentary registration once we've verified that all three attendees are from the same company.

FPSA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation by FPSA, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee. FPSA is not responsible for travel or hotel costs incurred by attendees.
