Food Safety Exchange: Everyone Talks About Food Safety Culture. How Do You Know You Have It?
Less presentation. More conversation.
Wednesday, September 30 @ 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM EDT
Everyone talks about food safety culture - but what does it actually look like in practice? More importantly, how do you know if you're building it?
Unlike a traditional webinar, the Food Safety Exchange is participant-driven. The discussion begins with a brief industry perspective before quickly shifting to the questions, challenges, and experiences submitted by participants before the event and through the live chat during the discussion. Rather than listening to a series of presentations, you'll join an open conversation with industry leaders and peers focused on one timely topic.
Bring your questions. Share your perspective. Learn how others are approaching the same challenges.
Possible discussion topics include:
- How do you know your food safety culture is improving?
- What leading indicators or behaviors are you measuring today?
- Which metrics actually drive change—and which simply look good on a dashboard?
- How do leadership, operations, sanitation, maintenance, engineering, and quality all contribute to a strong food safety culture?
- What role do equipment design, technology, and employee engagement play?
- What questions are keeping food safety leaders up at night?
No two Food Safety Exchanges will be the same. Every discussion is shaped by the audience, making each session a unique opportunity to hear fresh perspectives, compare approaches, and walk away with practical ideas you can apply in your own organization.
Have a question you'd like the panel to discuss? Submit it when you register or ask it live using the chat. We'll use audience questions throughout the discussion, allowing the conversation to evolve around the topics that matter most to participants.
