Becky Rasdall Vargas is Senior Vice President of Trade and Workforce Policy at the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA), where she leads the organization’s work on U.S. and global trade policy, workforce strategy, and international market access for the dairy industry.
Becky brings more than 15 years of experience spanning government, industry, and association leadership. Prior to IDFA, she served as Senior Trade Advisor with the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service and as Deputy Director for Agricultural Affairs at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, where she led negotiations and policy initiatives addressing global agricultural trade barriers.
Earlier in her career, she held international regulatory and export compliance roles at Conagra Brands.
Across her roles, Becky has specialized in trade negotiations, regulatory policy, export market development, and industry-government collaboration to advance U.S. food and agriculture interests globally.
