September is National Food Safety Education Month, and FPSA is proud to support the FDA’s campaign by connecting their core food safety messages to real-world practices in food and beverage manufacturing. This week’s focus — Clean — reminds us that safe food starts with clean hands, surfaces, and equipment. In production, sanitation is more than routine — it’s the foundation of compliance and trust.

The second of four Food Safety Month webinars, this fireside chat — with no PowerPoint slides — will explore how companies are staying compliant with the Food Safety Act while meeting modern sanitation and regulatory expectations. Guided by a moderator and featuring insights from an industry expert, the discussion will highlight real-world practices in automation, good manufacturing, and facility operations, along with strategies to adapt to new technologies and evolving food safety standards. Open to both members and non-members, this session offers practical takeaways to maintain high standards and keep operations audit-ready.
