The FPSA Women's Alliance Network (WAN) aims to support women's careers in the food and beverage industry and foster a balanced environment. WAN also focuses on building awareness, expanding membership, promoting women's employment in the industry, maintaining competitiveness, and fostering a gender-inclusive atmosphere.
