FPSA’s Women’s Alliance Network (WAN) provides a forum to support and advance women’s careers in the food and beverage industry.
Through professional development, peer connection, and visibility, WAN equips professionals of all genders, roles, and experience levels to strengthen their leadership, expand their networks, and make a lasting impact on the industry.

Mission Statement
WAN is tailored for everyone, regardless of gender, position, or age. WAN provides knowledge and strategies for members to succeed in their current positions and motivation and inspiration to take their careers to the next level. Through education and networking, WAN empowers its members to achieve professional and personal success.

- Foster gender inclusion and cross-gender collaboration across the industry

Meeting Schedule
In 2025 the group will meet on the second Thursday of every other month at 3:00 PM Eastern. Meeting invitations and details are shared directly with Network participants.
Committees & Volunteer Opportunities
The Women’s Alliance Network offers hands-on opportunities for members to shape programs, increase engagement, and expand FPSA’s reach. Through committee participation, members can collaborate on meaningful initiatives while building leadership experience and professional connections.
WAN Committees include:
- Events Committee – Plans webinars, recognition programs, and in-person engagements like the Red Circle Honors
- Professional Development Committee – Develops content and initiatives that support leadership growth and career advancement
- Membership Committee – Builds awareness, strengthens participation, and welcomes new members into WAN and FPSA
