Olivier Marquet has been named President of Armor Inox, based in Mauron, France. In his new position, he will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall strategic direction and initiatives of sales and engineering at the company. As previous General Manager, Mr. Marquet succeeds Jean Luc Dreano who was promoted to Vice President of Integration for Middleby Food Processing Group.
Armor Inox provides an industry-leading line of continuous, automated thermal processing applications of protein, vegetables, and ready meal cooking and chilling systems, including sous vide preparation. The ThermixTM cooking system utilizes water to provide a highly efficient transfer of heat, rapid cook times, and the highest cooking yields. The system ensures precise control of the cooking cycle resulting in superior product quality and consistency.

Marquet has a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Paris Sorbonne and a B. S. specialized in Food Science and Engineering from AgroParis Tech.
