FOOD INDUSTRY SUPPLIERS JOIN FORCES WITH FOLDS OF HONOR

McLean, VA – The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) today announced an expansion of its Giving Back charitable efforts to include the Folds of Honor Foundation in furtherance of its mission to provide scholarships to spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled service men and women.

As part of this initiative, on March 22^nd of this year, FPSA will host a Folds of Honor Golf Tournament at the La Cantera Golf Club in San Antonio, Texas. Members are encouraged not just to sign up to participate in the tournament, but also to invite customers in the area to join them in this worthwhile event.

“Our members have tremendous respect for the commitment that our nation’s service members have made to this country and its citizens and are eager to give back to them,” said Matt Malott, Chairman of the Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) and CEO/President of Multivac, Inc. “Lt. Col Dan Rooney introduced us to the Folds of Honor mission several years ago during a keynote presentation at our Annual Conference. We have wanted to continue this relationship with Folds of Honor, and we feel that with this year’s tournament, we are able to bring this interest full circle by raising awareness and funds for this highly respected organization.”

The Folds of Honor Tournament will take place on Day 1 of the FPSA Annual Conference. To participate in the tournament, members must be registered for the 2022 Annual Conference. Special pricing for the tournament is available for guests of Conference attendees, including discounted registration for the Conference if they wish to attend.

Registration for the 2022 FPSA Annual Conference is now open with an early-bird rate of $1,055 for FPSA members and $1,300 for non-members. Pricing for the Folds of Honor Golf Tournament is $185 for Conference registrants, $300 for a one-day guest pass, and $500 for a day 2 and 3 pass for guests.
