FPSA’s newest group, the Pet Food Council, was formed in 2018 and quickly became one of the largest industry Councils in the Association.

The Pet Food Council is committed to:

• Facilitating advocacy and education for continuous improvement;
• Advancing hygienic equipment design validation and machinery safety initiatives;
• Providing an efficient and unified conduit for its customers to collectively reach their supplier community; and,
• Remaining engaged with synergistic associations in both the supplier and food processing communities to foster innovation and excellence. Through annual and operations conferences, networking and benchmark studies; the Pet Food Council promotes the health and stability of its membership as well as the pet food industries its member community serves.
