Recently retired from Nestle USA where he held the position of Group Packaging Equipment Engineering Manager, Robert is the President of InnoFlex Solutions, LLC. InnoFlex Solutions provides technical consulting services in the Food & Beverage Group of Consumer Food Manufacturing Companies (CFMC) and the Equipment Suppliers providing capital equipment to their manufacturing facilities. He is an inspired and innovative technical leaders working for OEMs for over 20 years and large CPG multinationals for over 10 years. Robert has a Bachelors of Science in General Engineering from Warren National University. With three sons and a daughter of his own, he’s active in his community by assisting young men with career guidance and focus.

Frank has over 30 years of industrial automation experience, with 25 years at Festo. He has held various positions in Engineering and Management, with increasing responsibilities in Product Management. His area of expertise is in network technologies and control systems for industrial automation. He is a member of several groups within ODVA and NFPA (National Fluid Power Association), and holds two patents in the area of pneumatic valve control and diagnostics. Frank has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College and a Master of Science degree in Technological Systems Management from the State University of NY (SUNY) at Stony Brook.

During her career, she has written about construction and culture, flexible packaging and fashion, as well as equipment and entertainment for a variety of consumer and trade publications.
