Recognizing Industry Leaders Advancing Gender Equity in Food & Beverage

McLean, VA – The Food Production Solutions Association (FPSA) and its Women’s Alliance Network (WAN) are proud to announce that nominations are now open for the 2025 WAN Red Circle Honors. These prestigious awards shine a spotlight on the individuals and companies leading the charge toward gender equity and inclusive leadership within the food and beverage industry.

Winners will be honored at the highly anticipated WAN Awards Breakfast, taking place during 2025’s Equipment, Automation and Technology Show for Food & Beverage (EATS). The breakfast event is open to all EATS participants and features dynamic speakers, meaningful networking opportunities, and the recognition of trailblazers shaping a more equitable future.

“The Red Circle Honors are a powerful reminder of the leadership, vision, and advocacy that drive progress across our industry,” said Allison Wachter, VP, Engagement & Business Development. “We are excited to recognize those creating real, measurable impact in the journey toward equity and inclusion.”

Honoring Changemakers Across Five Distinct Categories

Each year, WAN selects a cohort of honorees whose leadership and achievements embody the values of equity, excellence, and empowerment. Nominations are being accepted for the following categories:

• Rising Star – Recognizing an emerging female leader with significant early-career achievements.
• Career Excellence – Honoring a woman whose career accomplishments have made a lasting impact on the industry.
• Innovation & Inspiration – Celebrating a woman whose ideas and initiatives are driving change and progress.
• Achievement in Developing and Promoting Women – Awarded to an FPSA member company demonstrating leadership in advancing gender balance and inclusion.
• Male Ally – Honoring a male professional who actively champions and supports the advancement of women in the workplace.

Call for Nominations

WAN invites FPSA members, colleagues, and industry professionals to nominate those who are making a measurable impact. Whether it’s through mentorship, innovation, or organizational change, these nominees exemplify what it means to lead with intention and inclusivity.
