Howard Deskin is a former CPA with more 30 years of experience managing strategic business and technology initiatives, and at WebStrategies continues to do what he does best: focus on business growth opportunities for clients, helping them increase both revenues and profits. Formerly a Senior Vice President and Business Program Manager during a 23 year career at Wachovia Securities, Howard was responsible for major business initiatives to increase profits, develop business efficiencies, and scale operating controls across multiple platforms. Intrigued by the internet marketing business and a great fit for his background, he started an internet marketing company in April 2009. He merged with Anne Moss Rogers, a branding, advertising, and copywriting specialist in 2010 to form Impression Marketing. He frequently guest presents to Virginia Commonwealth University and Virginia State University business and marketing classes, and in 2013 he met with several Virginia Tech professors and presented the “Current State of Digital Marketing” to a Virginia Tech MBA Marketing class and provided commentary on Social Media presentations. He has also presented to the Chesterfield Chamber Professional Development speaker series. Deskin has written monthly columns on digital marketing for WorkIT, Lynchburg and WorkIT, SOVA. Most recently he is running a series of digital marketing webinars for select industries.

Jennifer Fenimore is the Marketing and Creative Manager at Rubber Fab, a Garlock Hygienic Technologies company. Jennifer has been in this roll for 5 years and has worked to make Rubber Fab the leader in sanitary seals and hoses for the Food Processing Industry. As Vice-Chair of the Women's Alliance Network, Jennifer has enjoyed being a part of a few FPSA networks and working with people with different backgrounds. She lives in northern New Jersey with her husband and furbaby Olivia.

Prior to Deville, Nehemiah White spent 4 ½ years researching and developing industrial markets including the food industry for AirPro Fan & Blower Company in Northern Wisconsin. As the Midwest Fruits & Vegetables Market Manager for Deville Technologies, a sanitary food processing equipment manufacturer, Nehemiah now serves Midwest food processors by splitting his time between food processing R&D, onsite production testing, and market development. In his role, Nehemiah also provides sanitary and hygienic design training for both industry groups and processor QA, Maintenance, and Manufacturing teams.
