COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 18, 2023 – Grote Company, a manufacturer of reliable, top-quality food slicing and assembly equipment, announced today that its chief executive officer, Bob Grote, has been named among the Most Admired Executives in central Ohio by Columbus Business First. Grote was recognized in the category of “Private Companies with 101 to 500 employees.” The honorees were celebrated at an awards reception on Sept. 21, 2023.

Grote has spent more than 24 years at Grote Company, 16 of those as CEO. The company celebrated its 50th anniversary last year.
Grote has overseen the company’s growth from one small factory to eight locations worldwide, employing more than 300 workers. As one of the leading voices in the food processing industry, he is often sought after for his views on issues and trends facing manufacturers.
