Cooper-Atkins has formally introduced Jay McEvoy as their newly-appointed Director of Food Processing-North America!

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Jay is an accomplished chef and a recognized expert in new product development with a focus on bakery and food science. An internationally recognized expert in the areas of Product Development, Culinary Innovation and Food Writing, he is no stranger to the food safety world and has had great success as a national account salesman for Capital Food equipment as well as for Taylor US, Reiser Co., and Vemag Inc.

All of Jay’s varied experience allows him to keep his finger on the pulse of the food industry. His unique background and insight will bring a wealth of knowledge to Cooper-Atkins' customers and will be a valuable asset as they continue to find cutting-edge solutions to their customers’ food safety issues.
